Outdoor Fall Session Starts September 14th


We are beyond excited to meet with our pole walking group outside at Elgin Park this Fall - from a safe and responsible physical distance! 

The last few months have been very challenging for all of us.


We have missed you! 


It was good seeing some of you online, but I think you'll agree it was not the same.


The Fall classes are sure to provide social support, laughs and exercise that we can all use as we navigate the weeks and months ahead.
