Spring Registration

 

We are excited at the prospect of getting outside for our pole walking and exercise sessions at beautiful Elgin Park.

We have finalized dates for our 2024 Spring Session.  Beginning Monday May 6th, we will again offer 3 classes per week:

Mondays 9:30-10:30am

Tuesdays 6:30-7:30pm

Thursdays 9:30-10:30am

You can begin your registration online or head over to Uxbridge Physiotherapy to secure your spot.
